So my belgian (OG - 1.08~) has now fermented down to 1.014~1.015 in little over 4 weeks time in primary. I think it is ready for bottling.

I was thinking of pitching a fresh dose of us-05 (original yeast was wyeast3787), 3 days before bottling. Is it necessary? If yes, how much should I pitch...the whole 11.5 gm packet?

Thanks

I think it's only necessary after a loing cold condition phase because all of the yeast would have dropped to the bottom and there won't be enought to carbonate the bottles.

Since you brew has just had a 4 week primary there is probably plenty of yeast left to carbonate.
