Finished my second batch of all grain (a very hoppy I.P.A.). 10 hours laters it started going crazy. At one point the beer shot out the airlock. I changed the airlock out and its back to normal. I had used dry yeast and yeast nutrient. Is there any explanation for this? Do i need a blow off hose?

the explanation is just that you had a vigorous fermentation. blow-offs are not uncommon at all. i would definitely consider a blow off hose, it's bound to happen a few more times over the course of the next day or two. otherwise, you need to keep a close eye on it.
