This is my first beer batch. And as they would say a video is worth a thousand words. Even with all i have learned reading on here and in som eof the readings i have done, I still picked up a few things from this guy.

Definitely better than Alton's, although I still wouldn't use bleach. If you're going to the LHBS anyway why not buy some no rinse sanitizer while you're there? Nice basic tutorial, though.
 
He originally made these videos in 1994 i believe. And he did say methods may vary.

The interesting thing i wonder about is he said the slightly acidic wort will eat the aluminum and to not use aluminum pots.
