One of the first brews i ever brewed was the austinhomebrew black ale, which at the time, used "moravian black malt" It has been replaced with carafa? anyone know why? or if there is a significant difference?

I want to brew it again but with a different yeast, I loved it alot.

Thanx for any feedback.:mug:.

The Moravian Black was a special exclusive purchase. We were the only store to carry it and when it ran out it was gone. I don't think there is any in the country. The Carafa grain is the closest thing available.
