What file and where does Promash save your inventory data?

I run Promash under Virtual PC on my Mac, and the PC has crashed a couple times over the years. I have my recipes and sessions backed up, but I don't know what file to look for to save my inventory data. I've had to go back in and re enter my hop and grain info, including adding to and modifying the presets.

Maybe it's the .dat files labeled HOPS and MALT...

Someone remind me to use the search function while I'm at it...

Yeast.dat
Extra.dat

In my case: Program Files/ProMash
