So I'm brewing a saison this weekend and it called for 0.75 lb. of wheat malt. Not realizing that there was a difference I purchased flaked wheat instead.

How much (if at all) and it what way(s) will this affect the final beer? Unfortunately, all grains have already been milled and mixed together so there's not turning back now. Total grist is about 12 lbs so I'm hoping this oversight won't make a huge difference.

being that it's a saison, the flaked wheat will probably leave the beer slightly more hazy than it's malted brethren would have because flaked has a higher protein content.
