I bought several jugs of distilled water from the store to brew with. Would it have chlorine or chloramide in it? In other words, should I treat the water with campden tablets? Thanks.

Probably not. Can you smell chlorine? If you want to be sure, some LHBSs have chlorine test strips that work kind of like pH test paper.

No, it should not have chlorine or chloramines in it. It should be pure, distilled water with no organic or inorganic contaminants. No need to dechlorinate.

It shouldn't. Typically distilled water is disinfected with ozone.

There shouldn't be anything in distilled water, except water. No minerals, no chlorine, no nothing. No chlorine is good. No minerals isn't necessarily good. Are you building the water (adding specific minerals, etc.)?
