Hey all, im trying to figure out what yeast strain to use for my fruit beer. I already have a solid pale ale base beer set up I already adjusted the bitterness, mash temp and removed the late hop additions. I just need to figure the yeast out I normally use California ale for this beer.thanks

Conan yeast from Heady Topper throws some amazing peach flavors. Otherwise the ones mentioned above will do great as well.

Conan, us-05 at 60 or Brett trois and get it grain to glass in 4 or 5 weeks.
