Ok, here is my problem...

I've got a hefeweizen going now, its been in primary for a week, racked to secondary tonight. I know the general rule is 1-2-3, but next weekend I've got to go out of town, and I have no way to control the temperature while I'm gone (I have a rubbbermaid bucket with water and toss ice in it to keep the temp down). So, while I'm gone the brew temp can get pretty high.

Should I just go ahead and bottle and let it condition for 3-4 weeks? I can throw all the bottles in a cooler with some water and a bit of ice to keep the temperature somewhat reasonable over the weekend.

Thanks for all your help!

Hefe's are good "young" beers. In other words, they can go the least amount of time of all beers.

I'd say, bottle the beer the night before you have to leave and they'll be great.
