Here's a loaded question. If you could only brew one more batch of beer, what would it be? Think about this one. Put any end of the road scenario behind the thought process. I'm curious what recipes folks think are not good, not great, but flipping awesome!
 
An epic sour barley wine let to sit for three years or how ever long I could wait.
 
Can we count something blended (a la Gueuze) since it'd technically be two different batches?

I'd have to either go Lambic, Gueuze, or BDSA.
