If you could only brew one batch of beer?

Here's a loaded question. If you could only brew one more batch of beer, what would it be? Think about this one. Put any end of the road scenario behind the thought process. I'm curious what recipes folks think are not good, not great, but flipping awesome!

It would be a 7 BBL batch.

Aside from volume and more to style, probably a big beer. Imperial stout maybe.

Can we count something blended (a la Gueuze) since it'd technically be two different batches?

I'd have to either go Lambic, Gueuze, or BDSA.
