I brewed a Scottish Ale Sunday and I have top cropped the yeast twice already (London Ale III-1318). I now have three mason jars with a crapload of yeast in them.
The yeast is still clumping on the surface in its foamy goodness. Can you just top crop until no more yast forms on the surface ?
