Can anyone point me in the direction of a good maibock extract recipe? I've never brewed one, and can't even remember if I've tried a Mai'bock. May Bock... sounds like an appropriate time to brew one right?

While it's not a recipe, Austin Home Brew just released their spring seasonal line.

Yoop: I brewed your DFH Extract clone... I bumped up the hops though to 1.75 oz warior 
I just bottled it last saturday... I'm dubbing it my opening day IPA. It tasted delish before going into the bottle, so I can't wait to taste it on Monday morning. Thanks for the recipe!!!!

Right now I have the MoreBeer Mia Wallace Mai Bock lagering. I tweaked the recipe a bit though, did partial boil (as thats all I can do anyways) which brought the bitterness to appropriate style levels. Also, I made the batch 5.5 gallons instead of 5, which dropped the OG from 1.071 to 1.069 (I think).
