Anyone have a recipe for Sierra Nevada Anniversary Ale? Or any other Sierra Nevada beer other than Pale Ale? (Pale ale recipes are easy to find but I haven't seen any other clones for Sierra Nevada beer) Looking to try to brew a couple of Sierra Nevada beers for my other half for his birthday in late January.

Do that.
I just put a batch of that in the secondary, and the sample I used to check the SG was good enough that I drank all of it. Usually, I just take a sip of it and chuck the rest. This, I fished out the hydrometer, and poured the rest of it in a glass and enjoyed it. If it turns out half as good as the sample I will be making it on a regular basis.

I did one of those a couple of months ago. It turned out fine. It didn't taste like SNPA, but it was tasty.
