My cider has been in its secondary for about a week now and it stopped bubbling after the first couple of days. Well last night I came home and checked on it (like I do ver, very often:) and it has started up again. The bubbles are very tiny but there's a bunch of them and the airlocks chugging away. Is this due to temps or what?

Very tiny bubbles.

Temperature changes will indeed do that. It might also have a spontaneous malolactic fermentation going on, depending on how much you sanitized the must before you pitched the yeast.
