This device is used to vacuum seal mason jars. It works quite well for storing pellet or leaf hops. I bought a foodsaver so no longer need this. Comes with the hole punch and about 80 tab-chek sealer strips, which should last you forever, since they're reusable. Details here: http://www.pump-n-seal.com/
