h20 to top off.
Safbrew WB-06 Yeast. Supposed to be same strain as weihanstephan wyeast 3068.
O.G. = 1.052

I am planning on racking onto either sour (montmorency) cherries or fresh raspberries. I'll have lots to choose from...
 
Sounds good. Wouldn't have topped off with water but would rather have kept it as a standard cyser. Shouldn't matter too much I guess, just might taste a little 'thin'.
 
it was literally like a quart of water. I don't see it making much difference in the long run. I was just out of juice and didn't want that much headspace.
 
Headspace isn't a problem until you move it into secondary or after primary fermentation is complete. Instead of adding water I would have let it ferment then add some juice back in after primary. It'll come out fine though!
