Infection?

This batch is all grain sunshower honey apple wheat. It's two weeks in primary, FG of 1.014. I was about to add my Granny Smith apples and this is what I got. It tastes ok. OG was 1.054. Do I have an infection here?

I don't think so actually. As long as those little white platelet kind of things don't form merge and form a film. I had something like this on a batch once and all was fine. What yeast strain did you use?
 
I don't think it's infection. Go ahead and add your apples, they're cheap. If you see it start looking waxy or forming cloudy bubbles we may have a problem. Honestly it's a little hard to tell from the pic.
 
Like I said, the taste was ok. Apples are in. I'll update next week.
 
Bottled today. It tasted fantastic! Still a little green but that will straighten out after about three weeks in the bottle.
