So I would like to make an English ale with a little different hop profile. Here is what I have:
6 lbs Briess Pilsen light DME extract
.75 lb Briess Caramel 60L
.5 lb Castle Biscuit malt
1 oz Northern Brewer pellets AA8.6%
2oz Kent Golding pellets AA5.8%
Looking for a hop schedule. I want to keep the IBU under 30. Love the English ales, but not too earthy for this beer.
