I am in the process of waiting for my Pacman yeast which I cultured from a bottle to start. I did not step it up a last time 2 days prior to brewing and so it is slow to start since it was just sitting there.
Unfortunately, I am leaving town this afternoon to go camping in Oxford Ohio. I plan to leave it in a bath of cold water and ice for 2 days. It should start by the time I come back.
Since I do not have any homebrew bottled to take with me, I plan to purchase some shiner bock and relax, don't worry, and have a Shiner Bock.
