Sunday Im brewing 25 gal of Slovakian pilsner similar to Golden Phesant, I just finished building my new setup and found a cool comercial fridge to use as a lager bin, Im just bummed Ill have to wait so long ... three weeks primany and two months secondary, so Its August then.

Got 3 in the plans for this weekend. Edworts Apfelwein, my HBG Red Eye (Irish Red), and the HBG El Hefe Weizen (Agave Flavored), The red eye is an extract with a seep so it shouldn't be to difficult the El Hefe is my main worry. But who cares!! A full day of brewing set to go.

Making a 4 tap jockey box this weekend. Kegging three fermenters full of beer. Turning my fermentation chamber into a 6 keg cooler for carbonating for the next couple of weeks.

Brewed a "Root Canal American Wheat" today.

Was gonna work on the portable kegerator and fermentation chamber this weekend, but looks like I will have to go the lake and drink beer instead.

Oh, well.

;)

This weekend is a two (maybe three) beer and one experiment weekend.

5 gallons of my delicious Ares Summer Wheat, which is an Oberon variant.
5 gallons of the Orange Cascade Pale Ale, courtesy of blacklab, and my first PM using DeathBrewer's Method.
5 gallons of a yet to be determined beer that I'll decide on tomorrow.

I'm also doing a 1gal carboy of Apfelwein, thanks to EdWort that I threw together this afternoon, and I'm just waiting to watch. Hopefully, it's not a carboy bomb.

I'll be brewing 5 gallons of all-Amarillo IPA this weekend. My last extract batch, if all goes according to plan.

TheJadedDog's recipe plus an ounce of Amarillo as a dry hop, and fermented with yeast cultured from Bell's Two-Hearted ale (thanks again Larry).

This will be one of the first weekend in months that it has not rained. I want to brew orfys hob goblin 2 but if I do brew it will be after the sun goes down.

Scottish 80 shilling, and have to bottle some cream ale that's been in secondary for over 3 weeks. Trying to keep as much brew around as I can for a trip to Maine, introducing the family to homebrew!

Just finished a batch of Minute Wheat (extract), and tomorrow morning I'll be doing my AG Burn One Down Rauchbier. A busy weekend of beermaking!

Note to OP,

How did you get the HTML formating into this post? I've often wanted to paste in recipe info, that was pre-formated into HTML but it display's as text, with HTML tags.

Just bottled my first five gallons today. It was an pale ale extract that came with my kit. The taste from the hydrometer sample tasted like a mellower version of a Sierra Nevada so I'm totally pleased.

After reading through the boards and not having a whole lot of time this weekend I decided to plunk a batch of Edwort's Apfelwein recipe into the primary. Hoping its as good as everyone makes it out to be.

ok it is 2:20 am and my wort has 20* more to go until ready to put into fermenter and pitch my yeast slurry. Making a Strawberry Blonde

Just lit the strike water on an APA based loosely on EdWort's Haus Pale with some Columbus hops. I thought about brewing last night but didn't want to be up as late as TomInMaine was!

Doing 10g of Mild on Sunday to test out the new manifold.

brewing 10G of Dude's Phat tire clone. my last 5 gallons vanished way to quickly!
Also hoping to bottle a batch of Apfelwein during the mash/Boil.

Trying to get the last of the 4th of July beers brewed. This week it was bottle Amarillo APA, bottle Edwort's Apfelwein (you wouldn't think spell check would think Apfelwein is misspelled), transfer to secondary and dry hop an IPA, brew a dry stout, and, hopefully, I'll get a modified version of BM's C of 3Cs brewed tomorrow.

Whew. I need a beer.

Been getting a lot of, "When you coming to bed?" from SWMBO. But, come the fourth, it'll all be worth it.

Fedex just dropped off the rest of my gear so I'm going to pop my brewing cherry this weekend. Nothing fancy to start, just the Midwest Liberty Cream Ale.

I will try for the 3rd consecutive weekend to brew a Belgian Saison....I kept running into "BrewBlocks" and just couldn't get it done. As of right now I still can't be sure I will get it in but come hell, high water or golf.....i will give it my darnedest!

I am happy that my pipeline is beginning to open up. I just put my APA in the fridge a couple days ago after a 3 week age and plan on cracking them open tomorrow night while I bottle a Belgian White, Steam Beer should be ready next weekend. The bottling is a guarantee.

I feel the same way! :(

Brewing an eight gallon batch of my Big Blonde Ale Saturday. Have a thirsty 5 gallon and 3 gallon keg to fill.

With camping, family reunion, the fourth, and various birthdays coming up, I need to brew even more. Alas, the pipeline will be full and I will not be able to brew again until the weekend of the fourth.

:(

Go with the Irish Red DrMaddVibe!!! It's one of my favorite, always a top choice.

Brewing on Saturday, I won't know what till I'm there. My buddy I brew with is designing the beer.

i'm gonna try and finally make my English pale ale / IPA. Trying to decide whether to do it SMaSH or throw in some specialty grains.

I have 11lbs of Marris Otter and 3oz of Fuggles as a minimum.

Two 10 gallon AG batches of Celebration Ale Clone and BM's Centennial Blonde.

Are you using the Celebration Ale clone recipe from BYO? I put that on tap a few weeks ago and love it.

I'll be brewing 10gal of BM's Sterling Gold this weekend.
