Help with DWH7016H temp controller

My wife, being the dear that she is bought me all the supplies needed to build my own fermentation refrigerator with the DWH7016H control unit being the center of the project. I figured that I could watch a few YouTube videos and I would be golden! Errr.......wrong. Nearly all the videos posted were done using the STC 1000 which looks identical from the front, but vastly different on the back where all the work is to be done. The instruction manual included with the controller really didn't offer much help for me so I decided not to risk burning down my house and turn to the community! Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Wow, that really is a poor wiring diagram they provided.
