I am looking for tips from anyone who has built a gravity fed system. i am looking to just grab some wood from Home depot was wondering about proper heights to build each level for the hot water keg, mash tun, and wort boiler kettle.

Also, for a run down on equipment needed....

-1 cooler with proper fittings for hot water for 5 gallon batch

-1 cooler turned into a mash tun for 5 gallon batch

-wort cookput

-All piping and tubes required.

Any tips from people who did this? Thank you!!

Start from the ground up. Fermenter on the floor make sure Kettle can drain into that. Move to the MLT then the HLT. I knew my 3 tier was going to be temporary so I beefed up some store bought shelving and used that for awhile.
