Ok so last night I got out of the house. Went out to buffalo wild wing cuz the UFC

fight was on there and a home town MN boy was kickin azz! any way

I had my first Stella and wow it was good. (after 2 yag bombs, 1 capincoke,

1 newcastle, 1 Beer of random?, (1 linies sunset wheat (vary good!)) in order
I think. little drunk:drunk:

The sunset wheat was the best. (will be on the list to brew)

but this Stella now something about this beer I cant describe it

the body full, hops bitter yet sweet . what made this stand out?

Well anywho I want to try to brew this beer in fall of 07.

So if any of you helpful and kind hearted brewers have or can help

me with a stella clone for EXTRACT or PM (not AG yet. someday!)

I will surely pay it forward :mug:

How would you know if anything was good after all that? Especially something as light as a Stella (aka the Bud of Belgium).

No idea if it's any good or not, but you might look here (first result if you google "stella artois clone", BTW ;) )

mouth feel on the outer edge of my tongue sweet in front bitter on the sides with a

small bite. :cross:

but now the Newcastle I had was flat and tasteless so maybe it was an off night?:(

I found a kit at AHB and its cheaper to ship

from TX to MN than the 50 miles to me from midwest?

any way I bet its the yeast that give it that taste I liked?

AHS uses flat rate shipping...Midwest does not.
