Gluten-free Graff?

Never did any gluten-free brewing, but I like to learn new things. Anyone use these products?
 
I've heard mention of the sorghum syrup being used elsewhere, perhaps a search of the gluten-free forum would yield some results?
 
Sorghum has a sweet finish, which can be annoying in many beer styles, but could be just the ticket in a graff. It has a similar non-fermentable profile to barley LME, so the body is much the same.

How did this Gluten-Free Graff turn out? How much Sorgham did you use?

Has anyone else made GF Graff? I'm considering making some.
 
I'm doing apfelwein now and was going to do graff next - totally forgot I can't have the gluten in there! Also jumping on board wondering how this turned out.
