Anyone ever seen this?

So yesterday was a pretty lousy brew day. Temps fluctuated ( need a new thermometer). Forget to set boil timer and then realized my chiller was not at my house. Awesome. So, I covered up the keggle, set it on cold concrete jn my garage and let in cool slowly. I did some reading about no chill brewing and it seemed as though it was a mixed bag of points of view. So, this morning I transferred to a carboy and pitched the yeast ( California lager) and this emerged



What is it? I shook the heck out of it when I pitched to hopefully get some o2 in there. Temps around 50 or so.

That's some good looking cold break! If you can rack your beer off of that after fermentation completes you should have a nice clear beer!

Yep, totally normal. It will settle to the bottom in a nice compact layer. No worries.

Yep, perfectly normal. I'd worry some if I didn't see it.
