I just finihsed bottling form the secondary. what should the least amount of time be before i can crack one to sample. I know i should wait for it to carbonate a bit.
what do you guys think?

If you crack one before two (or really three) weeks, though, you have to make us a promise...

DO NOT POST QUESTIONING WHY YOUR BREW IS NOT CARBONATED!

I am one of probably eight thousand people who have made the same "did I screw something up?" post. Give it a shot, but know that it may well taste flat and bad, just because it is green. I wouldn't count on having more than a sample, or showing it off, for a couple weeks.

I concurr with a couple of weeks. I usually sample in 2 weeks and find most of the time that every progressive week that I can hold out from there gets better and better.
