the biggest brewery there i believe is the Alaska Brewing Co. out of Juneau. I really dig their amber. What part are you going to?

Anchorage has a great microbrew culture. Midnight Sun likes to make big beers including my current favorite, a Black Double IPA. Also checkout the Snow Goose, Glacier Brewhouse and Moose's Tooth/Bear Tooth - all are restaurants that brew their own. Humpy's doesn't brew their own but always has a huge selection of world-wide beers on tap. Cafe Amsterdam and Subzero specialize in Belgians but have plenty other selections. There are other breweries around the state that I am not as familiar with. And as you hit outlying towns on the road system, most places will have at least a few local favorites available. Good beer is good business up here. And don't forget to look at the mountains.
