Hey now,
I juiced a bunch of tangerines and got 24 oz. of juice. I wanted to add this to a secondary and rack an American wheat onto it. I think I will try to heat the juice to pasteurize it first before adding. Not to worried about haze since it is a wheat beer. I could also throw a Campden tab into further sanitize the juice. What do you guys think?:mug:

As far as I know the Campden won't "sanatize" the juice, it will just kill the wild yeast, which is still beneficial for you. But there is a waiting period before you add the juice post campden.

But totally go for it. A tangerine wheat sounds refreshing.

you can dry hop it with some summit while you're add it to exaggerate the tangerine aroma.
