I have two DIY 4" RTD temp prob kits from electricbrewery. The cable color is black. These sell for $42 each as a DIY kit. I am offering them both for $60 plus shipping.

These probes are 4" long and are 1/4" NPT. The DIY kit uses a XLR connector for easy connecting and uses a stainless steel wire rope to protect the wires from breaking. This is all protected with 2 layers of braided sleeving and black shrink wrap.
