Did an apple graff variation last night. I wanted something that had an apple taste but not all apple. Rather than 1 gallon beer and 4 gallons of apple juice I did 2 gallons of apple juice and 3 beer. the sample after chilling was exactly what I was hoping for .. now to ferment it out and add a little cinnamon.. if it turns out I will share the recipe. I did however. mash and run off way more wort than I needed and as soon as it started to boil i drained a couple of gallons off into sanitized quart jars..let em seal and stuck em in the beer fridge for starters.A little darker than what I would normally use but I crash and decant anyway
