hi guys, sorry if you get this alot but this is all over my head, so to speak.

ive got some information for my very local area on my water. is there anything here that i need to change when i make my beer. in other words is there anything i can do to improve my beer from my water?

That doesn’t help. What you need to know is;

Calcium:
Magnesium:
Sodium:
Chloride:
Sulfate:
Alkalinity As CaCO3:
Bicarbonate:

You can probably get it over the phone. It’s generally called ‘secondary constituents’ or ‘additional parameters’. The water dept knows this stuff but it’s not required for the federal report, the one you have.

If that doesn’t work, you need a water test. Lots of people use Ward Labs, the basic test, I think it’s $16.50.
