Soda & Sanke Keg Universal Hookup?

I've heard MoreBeer has a universal hookup so you can go between a soda keg and Sanke keg. Anyone seen this? I can't find it.

If you use the corny QD's that have the MFL barbs, you can just buy MFL tailpieces for your sankey coupler/s. All you need to do to switch is unscrew the MFL connectors and put them on the new coupler/s. That's what most of the "conversion kits" are.
