accidentally picked up wlp008 at the lhbs, and after reading it, i have no idea what im going to do with it. it was for a single hop brew (mosaic hops), but after reading that 008 mutes hop flavor, i figured that would be a bad idea. so what would you brew using that yeast? ill build the recipe around the yeast, and just go pick up a packet of us05 to save money for my mosaic ipa.
