Hi all i tried to copy this exact recipe but used 2x1.5kg cans lme as opposed to dme, also used pellet hops instead of leaf. I could only get crystal malt ebc 82 for the steeping grains. Fermented for 2 weeks in primary ,straight to bottles with carb drops warm conditioned in hot press for 2 weeks and 2 weeks cold conditioned in the shed.not sure what wnet wrong but this did not taste like osh. Osh normally tastes wuite caramelly with nice ekg scent. Mine was more bitter lacking in flavour and quite watery. Any ideas what went wrong. Primary had a lot of trub perhaps rubbed off. Any thoughts from anyone. Many thanks
