I kegged it last night at 30 psi Co2 - I have since dropped it to 17 psi - FG was 1.014 and it tastes great - it will be a great session beer - I have been giving it the "hurry-up-already" o2 shakes. I transferred my Wheat brew this morning and it started at 1.056 and FG was 1.010 - SWMBO said it tasted great and it still has 2-3 weeks to sit and get better.

Thanks to Brewiz and HBT for all the great info :mug:

I have a HG IPA that I'll dry hop tonight and let sit for 2-3 weeks. The month long wait is over - The Kegorator has MY HOMEBREW on tap now!!!

I have two 2.75 Gal cornies that fit perfect on the top shelf. SWMBO said as long as it looked good, the Kegorator could "live" in the kitchen....

The sacrifices we make to keep peace on the homefront... :ban:
