So I bought the brewers best pumpkin spice porter yesterday and brewed it today.

The kit comes with 6.6#'s of Porter (Dark LME) extract and 8oz's of Malodextrin.

I added 3.3#'s of pilsen LME to make this a baltic porter. I unfortunately forgot the malodextrin.

So what should I do?
Forget about it?
Boil it in a small amount of water, chill it and add to the fermentor?

Any other suggestions?

All advice is appreciated

You could boil it and add at bottling/kegging. It's non-fermentable so this would work, or just forget about it because you've already strayed from the original recipe anyway.

RDWHAB.

You could add it at bottling or possibly even into the primary. If you leave it out, you'll loose some body in the beer, but probably not enough to detract from the brew.

Me - I'd probably add it in, but that's because I'd be mad at myself. 8^>
