I have been unsuccessful with my search for the Insta Grains® Soft Red Wheat Flakes my recipe calls for, any suggestions for a replacement or substitution?
 
I can only guess that they're basically the same thing as far as brewing purposes are concerned. Like oatmeal from the supermarket vs flaked oats from the lhbs.
