The Belgians swear by the health benefit of "living" beer due to the yeast consumed by the drinker. Anyone seem to notice if they've experienced less cold and flu symptoms since consuming home brews?

Also, please relate any other perceived changes in health (for the better, please).

It might be my imagination, but I haven't gotten my twice-a-year killer colds in the short time I've been drinking live beers, and I've been exposed to a lot of typhoid Marys and Martys at work, hacking their lungs out.

Brewer's yeast is a fantastic source of B complex vitamins

"In the production of antibodies and in the manufacture of WBC’s, the body utilizes many of the B vitamins,
especially pyridoxine or B6 and pantothenic acid. Therefore the B vitamins have a very important role in the
immune system function within the body."

That just reminded me to take my vitamin!

I'm taking my vitamins right now..............!!!!!!!!!

And now that you mention it, I have felt better the last few years!!
