My temp has been in the 60-70 range. Is this bad? it is a lager yeast, california common, steam beer, but its been so hott out (global warming) in march and the temperatures have been all off, so my room has been up and down. Is this bad? Should I bring it down from 70 or leave it?

Sounds like a true to the (original) style situation to me. Of course a cooler temp would produce what people today think of the california common, but much warmer temps, and alot of corn would yield the fizzy yellow piss beer our our past. Leave it be, itll be fine
