I'm too busy to brew and it's driving me nuts. I think making a mead would help fill the void without the time commitment. I've never made mead before. In fact, I've never even tasted it.

I need suggestions on meads to taste. I'm in Cleveland during the week and spend my weekends north of Pittsburgh in the Sharon/Hermitage area. Any ideas on what I can try and where I can get it?

There is a lovely little place called Jilbert's in Valley City, maybe 30 minutes south of Cleveland. They make a nice average mead (they simply call it honey wine). It's a good (but not great) representation of mead. Mind you, I do like it.
