I found a recipe in the database that caught my eye yesterday.
I'm in work on brewmasters warehouse and I'm puting all the ingredients in the Brew Builder. I put everything in besides the honey and here is the list.
6.6lb coopers LME (Recipe calls for a pale male extract that they don't have)
0.75lb crisp chocolate malt
0.5 lb Bries 2 row caramel 60
0.5oz Horizon @ 60
0.75oz of willamette @ 40
0.5oz of willamette @ 20
2 vials of white labs american ale yeast.
3oz of corn sugar
The recipe calls for honey but brewmasters doesnt have it on there site.
Which leads to my question. The OG it says is to low. The FG is perfect. IBU's are to low. SRM is to High. ABV is to low at 5.90. Could the honey not being on the list throw everything off??
