SO, I made a lot of mead over the last 2 years... never really bottled it, since I already have plenty in bottle... well i went and did some sampling yesterday, and lo and behold... it was a GREAT :D

amazing what age does, clear too :)
 
Wait what? I don't get it. Either you stumbled on some sort of new discovery that will utterly shake the foundation of mead making or I am completely lost.
