I was at the LHBS Friday to buy ingredients for a recipe that I brewed today - a modified brown American. While at the store, my brain went on vacation and I somehow ended up grinding an extra pound of chocolate malt. Now it sits in my refrigerator waiting to be used. Does anyone have a recipe that uses a lot of chocolate malt? I don't want good stuff to go to waste!

well, a pound of chocolate can be gone in 2-4 batches, depending on style
I use 4oz in my english brows. You could use up to 8oz in a stout.

I used a whole pound in my last Chocostout...;)

I'm about to do an extract stout recipe that uses light DME so I'll be using a pound of chocolate (along with black patent and roasted barley) to get the color and flavor where is should be.
