Bottled "Elaborative #1" today - the first in a series of beers with our friends Brad and Chad - from Jackie O's and Crooked Stave, respectively. This is an American Wild Ale brewed with Ohio Walnuts and aged in an assortment of Oak Barrels... each barrel containing our individual house bacteria and yeast. Should be released some day in May...
