Hey guys I need some advise for a simple ipa recipe? Like what ingridience and how much of those? And the simplest way to boil it and ferment it

I can just make up a real simple one. I'll put cascade as the hops, but you can pick your favorite hop and it should work out. If you buy a hop with AA% higher than 6 or 7, cut your bittering down.
I dont know what your efficiency is but this should get you in the ballpark and be easy to buy.

12lbs 2-row
0.5lb Crystal 40L

1oz cascade 60m
2oz cascade 20m
2oz cascade 10m
2oz cascade 1m

dry hop 3oz cascade for 5 days

Ferment with US-05 dry ale yeast, rehydrated.
Ferment at 66F

That looks great to me, I'm a firm believer in simple IPA recipes, actually simple recipes in general.
