Best Non-Grain/Hops/Yeast Beer Ingredients You've Enjoyed in a brew?

No doubt the creators of rheinheitsgebot would turn over in there graves...but I've had a lot of great craft brews lately that have had some really off the wall ingredients.

I tried one recently that had black tea in it that was a porter that was really good.

The best IPA I've had was an orange IPA with a great orange nose and flavors throughout from assclown brewery.

Coconut and brown ale seems to go very well together.

So what other flavor combinations have you guys enjoyed in your brews?

My 2 favorite homebrews:
Roasted Jalapeño blonde
Espresso stout

Iike some molasses in a Baltic Porter.

The 2.5#/gal of raspberries Jester King uses in their "Atrial Rubicite" is absolutely delicious. Nothing exotic, but excellent execution!

Blackstrap molasses in dry stout for me.

Toasted coconut in an ris, absolutely off the wall delicious.
