50qt Mash Tun Build - Writeup inside

Okay, I put this together this morn and my pdf writer is a little screwy, but it works. First draft of the Colossus Mash Tun build.

This is using a Rubbermaid Endurance cooler, 50qt. Very nice setup and not too cost prohibitive either. If the server kills the download, let me know. They're a bit anal about such things.

Nice write-up. How about a pic of the outside and inside of the finished project? Really wish they made a cylindrical 15 + gallon cooler to make stirring easier, but I might have to bite the bullet and do one of these when I step up to that size batches. Really nice though.
