I've never heard of it. Unscented oxyclean is cheap and works perfect so I use that.

Keg Cleaner can find on all the Homebrewing Supply stores.
Personally I don't keg though I know a bunch of people that do. I just always see them use PBW or oxyclean so I've never seen or heard of the product.
i have one and use it. It isn't magic but it's very convenient. I put my carboys (better bottles) and kegs on it to clean and sanitize. Pretty much turnkey and walk away. No complaints. you can do without it but it does it's job well with minimal effort. I am all about minimal effort!
I have one as well. I really like it because it makes things quicker, I don't have to let them sit all night. Also, it is pretty hands off, just set it and go do something else.

If I had to do it again I would, even at more money as it saves me time.
