Foaming out bottle

I brewed a doppelbock, it was my 3rd homebrew that I have done. I think it taste great. The thing about it is when you open the bottle it will slowly foam out of the bottle. When you drink about half of it, it won't do it. I dont know if I did something wrong or what.
 
Or else your fermentation wasn't complete before you bottled. Or you added too much priming sugar to kick start fermentation again to achieve carbonation.

This. Ive had good experiences with uncapping the bottles, then recapping quickly. Helped my buddies WAY over carbonated IIPA. He was losing almost half the bottle. Make sure you do it cold.
