I brewed this ginger beer from HBT last tuesday. Instead of doing 6 oz at 30 and another 2 at 15... I did all 8 at 30 by accident. One week later went down to check on it fermentation is finished and I smelled it.... Holy **** sweet ginger galore. The co2 was so strong along with the ginger that my nostrils burned and it caused me to sneeze when I got upstairs and my nose got stuffy! :cross: can't wait to drink this in three weeks.:mug:
 
goto the recipe database... its under spice/vegetable beers. then its the ginber ale hbt comp winner something like that.
